Apify Actor

Export Trustpilot reviews to CSV, Excel, or JSON

Scrape Trustpilot company reviews on Apify: rating, text, author, country, dates, verification, company replies, and TrustScore. Filter by stars, language, and date.

$0.005 per run start. Reviews $0.60 to $0.40 per 1,000 reviews.

How it works

1

Add company pages

Paste Trustpilot review URLs (for example trustpilot.com/review/www.etsy.com) or type domains as Trustpilot lists them, such as monzo.com. URL filters for stars, language, verified, and replies are kept.

2

Choose filters and limits

Keep specific star ratings, a language, a start date, verified-only reviews, or reviews with company replies. Set a max per company, or 0 for no cap. Deep mode reads each star list separately so you can collect more than the usual 200-review signed-out view, then removes duplicates.

3

Run and export

The Actor reads publicly visible Trustpilot review pages. No Trustpilot account is required. Download CSV, Excel, or JSON. Dataset views include Reviews, a Review Analyzer CSV, company replies, and TrustScore.

Frequently asked questions

How do I export Trustpilot reviews to CSV or JSON?

Open the Trustpilot Reviews Scraper on the Apify Store, add company URLs or domains, run the Actor, and download the dataset as CSV, Excel, or JSON.

Is this the same as the Chrome extension?

No. The Trustpilot Reviews Exporter Chrome extension runs locally in your browser. This Apify Actor runs on Apify, which is better for larger jobs, schedules, and API or Zapier exports.

Does deep mode collect every Trustpilot review?

No. Trustpilot limits what signed-out visitors can see. Deep mode reads each star rating as its own list and can reach about 1,000 reviews per language list. We say more reviews, not every review.

Can I hide reviewer names?

This Actor does not have an omit-reviewer-names switch. Reviews can include personal data such as names. You are responsible for how you store and use the export under GDPR and other laws.

Is scraping Trustpilot allowed?

The Actor only reads publicly visible review pages. You are responsible for lawful use, including GDPR and Trustpilot terms. If you are unsure, ask a lawyer. Bozoma Labs is not affiliated with Trustpilot.

Honest notes

  • You are responsible for lawful use of the data, including GDPR and other privacy rules.
  • This Actor does not offer an omit-reviewer-names option. Strip names after export if you do not need them.
  • Residential Apify Proxy is required. Trustpilot blocks many datacenter IPs.
